How can we help right now?

Supporting and helping to issues of today is not easy, especially because they seem too big for us. Or we seem too small to help. How can we possible help stopping the oil in the golf, or the victims of the earth quakes. We can, we just have to stop wanting to help in the ultimate way. We can change ourselves, we can start helping the peop0le who are at the front lines.
